Our Story
It all started with a group of friends, a thirst for adventure, and an outstanding vibe. What began as casual trips to Brazil’s northeastern coast quickly became a shared dream: to offer others the kind of adventure that embodies the Follow The Flow lifestyle. These are journeys that blend luxury stays, raw nature, vibrant local culture, and the pure thrill of kitesurfing. We’ve spent years crafting exceptional active travel experiences for those who believe the most unforgettable journeys aren’t about ticking boxes or watching from the shore: they’re about diving in headfirst, with heart, soul, mind, and the wind at your back.
Our Founders
Follow The Flow was founded by Ique and Luque Didier, father and son, lifelong explorers, and true lovers of wind-powered journeys. After traveling across the globe in search of sports (from biking to skiing) nothing quite matched the vibe of kitesurfing in their home country, Brazil.
Before launching Follow The Flow, Ique spent over 30 years in the financial services industry, leading international businesses and living abroad. After an M&A process, he chose to channel his passion for kitesurfing into something greater.
Luque also worked in the financial world, studied overseas, and connected with people from all walks of life. But despite all those experiences, nothing felt as meaningful as building Follow The Flow: a brand that brings together uniqueness, nature, freedom, and purpose.
